"This code constitutes a complete recodification of the ordinances of the city of a general and permanent nature." This code includes the City Charter, along with a comparative tables which names the amendments and the year they were added for the year 1986 and was republished in 1996. The remainder of the volume includes all ordinances for: City government, including mayor and all city departments, boards, commissions and councils, officers and employees, as well as fees. Codes for advertising, recreational laws, animal regulations, building regulations, cemeteries, civil defense, development and planning, finance, fire protection, garbage and refuse, health and sanitation, junked or abandoned property, licenses, massage and bathing establishments, mobile home parks, motor vehicles and traffic, offenses, parks and recreation, personnel, police, secondhand sales, security alarm systems, solicitors and peddling, streets, sidewalks and other public places, utilities, vegetation, vehicles for hire and weights and measures. |
