An appeal before the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Community Affairs - Housing Appeals Committee. The case put The Ledges of Peabody Apartments (Associates Limited Partnership) v. Board of Appeals of the City of Peabody. At issue was an application for permit to construct 168 low and moderate income dwellings on Lynnfield Street. Review of case and criteria which were met, along with city concerns regarding traffic and other needs. The Housing Appeals Committee voted infavor of The Ledges of Peabody Apartments though the Committee did put some restrictions that the Board of Appeals of Peabody put forward. |
