Peabody Census & Assessor's Accounts - 1895 - South Peabody. The book is alphabetical by last name. The street where the house was located was noted as well as any special remarks needed for the assessor. Not all fields were filled in. Though it gave a place for listing the number of children in each household, this wasn't used as the primary focus for these volumes was assessing the property. If the real estate was to be exempted from taxes for any particular reason, this was noted.
