The pre-development (existing conditions) for the West Branch of the land where the West Branch Library is. This was done by The Design Partnership of Cambridge who would develope the plans for the Library. This would be in conjunction with Larson Associates, Inc. of Arlington, MA and is dated October 12, 1988. The scale is 1" = 20' One of the notes reads: All existing grades, conditions and utility data and locations are taken from surveyor's plan. Larson Associates, Inc. assumes not reasonability for physical and/or financial damages incurred as a result of existing grades, conditions or utilities omitted or inaccurately shown. Before making future utility connections the proper public utility engineering department should be notified and approval granted. There is a legend on the plan. |
