A blueprint of the Eastern Massachusetts Electric Company of Salem MA to put a transmission system lines that would cross Lowell Street from July 27, 1923 and were revised on October 19, 1923. Part of the line would go by the Boston and Maine Railroad Newburyport Branch line. The drawing was done by Charles H. Tenney and Co of Boston. It is unknown if the plan was carried out. The voltage would be 22,000 volts |
