Scope & Content Includes the list of the members of the Board, City Personnel who worked for the Board, the location of the City Clinic and the doctor and nurse responsible for its operation, the nurse responsible for the Well Baby Clinic which was located at the City Clinic.

The report records the various diseases, scarlet fever, diphtheria, tuberculosis, anthrax. Includes the statistics for 1931 as well as statistics for the previous ten years.

The reports also include separate entries for:
