This plan may have been one of the early drafts, because there are no notes or revisions in the notes and revision section. There are some general notes in the upper right corner of the blueprint.

The architectural firm hired for the project was Earl R. Flansburgh & Associates, Inc. Architects, which was located at 119 Mt. Auburn Street in Cambridge MA. The firm has since moved to Boston. The firm is of note beucase Earl R. Flansburgh was a well known architect in the Boston and New England area. Among the firms projects include the Cornell University Campus Store (1971), the William Kent Elementary School.
