Those revolved around the laying of water pipes, funds needed for expansion of water delivery, rates set for consumer use, votes to allow spending and paying of bills, agreements with Salem Water Board to connect pipes, copies of letters sent to board regarding supply of water and problems with delivery, lists of customers removed from supply for lack of payment.
Also includes the questions the Board of Health submitted to the Water Board in 1886 regarding source and safety of water supply.
