Includes minutes written in a variety of hands and signed by John W. Proctor, Fitch Poole, William D. Northend, George A. Osborne, Charles Northend, William Little and Thurston Dole.

The records detail any controversies encountered, the work to build a new school in 1845 and enlarge it in 1854 and the effect extending a road had upon the school.
