Scope & Content The Peabody High School Alumni Association was begun in 1929.

These papers reflect the efforts to locate the members of the classes from 1855 to 1930. These papers appear to by typed by a Mrs. C. S. Goldthwaite in 1930. She appears to be Ida Berry from the class of 1876 who later married Charles Goldthwaite.

Besides the class lists which lists the members of the graduating classes and their addresses in 1930, the married names of the women are included and any other information found. Deceased members are also noted.

Two letters are included in these papers. The first it typed and could be addressed to Mildred, which could be Mildred Griffen from the class of 1905. It's possible it is written by Beatrice Tigh who married Mark Kelley, both of the class of 1904. She mentiones a Franny who could be Frances Barnard from the class of 1906 who married S. Howard Donnell, class of 1899.

The second letter is the cast of the Playgoers and is from Fred and Ida (Tigh) Bushby.
