A plane of Brookdale Road in Peabody. The maps is 46" x 17" and was drawn on tracing paper. The map was later traced by George Barnaby in the 1920s.
The plan shows the area once called Brookdale in Peabody, with the Winona Woolen Mills and area residences. There are property lines from Eben Taylor; Twiss; P. Southwick; Raddin; Appleton; and features include Mill Pond and the Newburyport Railroad.
The Winona Mills in the map are the Winona Woolen Mills damaged by fire in 1874 and destroyed by fire in 1876.
