Object Name Map
Scope & Content A 16 3/4" x 26" paper map of downtown Peabody and the surrounding area. The map is from 1872 Beers & Co. "Atlas of Essex County." It is not clear what page this is or where it falls in the order of maps of Essex County. It should be noted that many of the properties show who the owner was at the time of its printing in 1872; though not all properities have a name attached to them. The map also shows the Salem & Lowell Railroad and the South Reading Branch Railroad.
