One 28 x 18" Starched Linen map plan shows Grove Street (Now Howley Street) Peabody in 1882. The map shows the location of the Essex Railroad and where Grove Street meets Walnut Street along with assumed property lines.
This is a duplicate of the orginal. It is unknown what happened to the original. The land was surveyed by Charles A. Putnam on an unknown date. The map was traced from the original by George A. Barnaby in March of 1928.
