This maps shows the location of poles for the following streets: Winter Street; Mason Street; Washington Street; Lowe Street; Swampscott Ave.; Home Street; South Street; Sutton Street; Milk Street; Howard Street; Clement Street; State Street; Putnam Street; Calumet Street; Charlotte Street; Osborne Street; Pierpont Street; Willow Street; Lark Street; Shillaber Street; Aborn Street; Pleasant Street; Fountain Street; Shaw's Lane; Holton Street; Washington Street; Goldthwaite Place; Parson's Street; Dalton Street; Hancock Street; Sherman Street; Spring Street; Oak Street; Lincoln Place; Washington Place; Aborn Place; Beckett Street and Cottage Street.

This is a duplicate of the orginal. It is unknown what happened to the original. The land was surveyed by New England Telephone & Telegraph Company on December 8, 1890; June 26, 1906 & October 6, 1910. The map was traced from the original by George A. Barnaby in December of 1928.
