|Scope & Content||
A three page set of blueprints for the construction of the South Branch. Page one is shows the floor plan, roof plan and details about the construction of the building. The plans were done by Interact Architects Interior Designers and the plans were drawn in December of 1979, but some of them were not revised unitl June of 1980. The scale is as noted on the three pages.
There are highlighter marks on the blueprints, which suggest that these blueprints were used by the contractor or by library director who would have been Tom Scully. There are various notes about about the construction of the building.
The second page is about the reflected ceiling plan 1/4" interior elevs. There are also highligher markings and four notes. They inlcude a new supended ceiling, removing existing ceiling tiles completely patching existing GYP.BD-Insall New suspension system; close existing roof vent holes and insulate.
Page three deals with the electrical floor plans & details. There are many notes about the electrical wiring fire alarms.
