Preliminary plan for the first stages of the Centennial Industrial Park, including proposals for moving Rte 128, the then proposed Rte 95 and the moving of Forest Street.
As stated this is the preliminary step in the development of the Industrial Park which was first begun in the late 1970's.
Notes on Map: The dimensions and areas on this map are preliminary and are subject to revision upon completion of engineering field surveys and the preparation of the final subdivision plat.
This map was prepared for the Peabody Redevelopment Authority and the Massachusetts Department of Commerce and Development and was financially aided through a state advance from the division of urban renewal of the department of commerce and development.
Note: All property is to be acquired and redeveloped.
Note: Right-of-way lines for proposed I-95 and relocated Rte 128 are preliminary and are subject to revision upon completion of final engineering designs for these highways.
Locations of cul-de-sacs are preliminary. Exact locations are dependent upon land disposition and will be determined during execution.
